You acquaint with some words; dieting, lifestyle, healthy food, healthy immunity, immune system. Dieting is quite attractive but difficult to follow for a longer period. Word lifestyle tempts you. What is your opinion about healthy habits? In your childhood, your parents told you the dos and don’ts of your daily life. Would you tell me how many of you following their instructions?
It’s a time to check you because it is the need of the time. Why not you inculcate good habits? You can practice healthy habits in a way that they not only become part of your daily routine but lifestyle.
Before you jump to start, it would be good to know some terms in the easiest manner.
What is Dieting?
In simple terms, dieting is regulating your food intake to improve your health. Dieting is also for reducing your weight or following a weight loss program.
In dieting you deal with diet, your focus is on what is healthy and what’s not?
Through dieting, you are following a healthy regime and breaking your bad habits. You can follow your diet chart and can take special diet food.
Do you know that half of the premature deaths happen because of following an unhealthy lifestyle?
At present pollution is at a peak level, and human immunity is worse affected. It must be your top priority to follow a healthy lifestyle.
What exactly healthy lifestyle is?
Whatever you are doing or practicing in your daily life from the days or months or years and now becomes your habit. These habits have a great impact on your life.
5 Healthy habits to follow
Healthy habits bring a big difference in your life. Healthy habits like-
1. Maintaining a normal weight,
2. Never smoke,
3. Never drink or take moderate alcohol,
4. Following a healthy diet,
5. Remain active, (Vigorous or moderate activity for 30 minutes.)

Healthy body weight you can find out after consideration of height and body weight.
Your BMI (Body mass indicator) should be between 18.5 and 24.9
2. Never smoke
You better know that Smoking is injurious for health. It damages your lungs. When you can’t able to take enough oxygen, you become lethargic.
3. Never drink alcohol
The ideal solution for health is not to drink at all, but very few people follow this. Those who want to take, they should take the path of less is the better rule.
4. Following healthy diet
Healthy diet includes
• Intake of healthy food,
• Vegetable,
• Fresh fruits,
• Nuts,
• Wholegrain,
• Omega-3 fatty acids
• Control fat intake,
• Eat less sugar,
• Choose a low-salt diet
5. Remain active
In your daily routine, practice yoga and meditation. Follow at least 30 minutes of vigorous exercise. You can include dance like Zumba, Salsa, in your exercise.
Nobody would like to lead a life that depends on the medicine. You should try to reduce your dependency on medicine. Start following prevention theory and follow a healthy lifestyle.
